Capt. Ryu Hijikata from "Space Battleship Yamato" Anime "Farewell to Space Battleship Yamato: In The Name of Love" (1978) and "Space Battleship Yamato 2" (1978) (U.S. title: "Star Blazers: The Comet Empire"), which depicts a reworked version of the "Farewell to Yamato" story. In the english dub of each of the two "SBY" Anime, this character is called "Draco Gideon".

Took me about 2 hours to complete this (counting outlining and black-and-white coloring).
