As usual with Lavi fangirl craze. I did this on the back of some lecture pad and happily carried it to school actually.
Basically, i just sketched on the image (credits to the DGM reverse book #2, artist Hoshino Katsura), with simply pencil before outlining it with a Pilot permenant marker.
And that's as much as you can get out of a doodle lols.
