I was watching a show on animal planet about ancient Egypt's animal mummies. And some of the mummies they found were cats, offerings to the Goddes Bestet.

The goddess Bastet was usually represented as a woman with the head of a domesticated cat. Mines more like a half cat half woman head, but I like it.

Bastet was the goddess of fire, cats, of the home and pregnant women.
