I have no idea what to do with this picture! I'm not sure if I should ink it, or if I should just lightly erase it, define the pencil lines, and color it like this or if I should download Paint.Net or Photoshop on the big computer and color it digitally (Cause I finally got permission to do that. :D But the computer screen for that computer is the TV screen. Lol. Anyway! PLEASE HELP ME! and tell me what to do! Maybe I should scan it, do it digitally AND traditionally! I need your guys opinions!

Also! If you have any suggestions on how to fix up their poses that would be great. Right now Germnay's face is bugging me, along with Italy's right shoe, his cute little butt, and the end of his shirt where it parts. I'm totally frustrated with those parts and I dunno how to fix them, so help would be nice.
