My entrant for the challenge: perhaps one of the greatest ball players to ever play the game and a war hero as well: Ted Williams, aka Teddy Ballgame, aka The Splended Splinter. The last man to hit .406
I use so many sports shots as action poses (OK, I mostly use baseball....) and I thought about doing one of my favourite player, Tim Wakefield (Wakefield...is that why she calls herself "Hatake"?.....mmmmmm...could be, could be....)but I wanted to go with a classic player. I never did get to see Ted Williams play (before my time) but his legend is well known to all generations of Sox fans.
Go Sox!! We're going to have a great year!!
