I had sworn to myself that since Lucario was such a COOL GUY and EVERYONE LOVES LUCARIO, that I would never make a gijinka of one.
Obviously, I am horrible at keeping self-promises.

((I'm actually thinking of maybe using Luis as a second character for PGR instead of Smudge the Starly. And maybe even switching Melody out with Sheek... I hate my indecision.))

+Attacks: Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Captivate, Shadow Ball. (may switch some out later)
+ Personality: Luis is a very affectionate person. He uses his gift with Aura to sense people with good intentions, and rarely, might even approach them without hesitation and give them a big hug. Said person is often scared out of their wits. He's a touch clingy to people he cares about, but not to an irritating level. However, he is prideful, like all other Lucario, and is overall a serious, calm, and observant person. His fighting style is to allow underestimation of his abilities, and then abruptly let his true powers loose. He is also good at devising batt;e strategies against tough opponents.
+ Likes: Using the powah o' Aura, YOU, EVERYONE ELSE, people with positive or inviting Auras, people who possess a degree of psychic ability, etc.
+ Dislikes: Unfriendly people, people with a negative or malicious Aura, steady rain, etc.
+ Biggest Fear: Not being accepted or loved by people.
+ Weaknesses: Ground, Fighting, Fire.
+ Strengths: Steel, Bug, Dark, Dragon, Ghost, Rock, Poison, Ice, Grass, Normal.
+ Random fact: He dislikes removing his little blindfold/mask over his eyes, as it makes him feel vulnerable. He will only take it off when he's around someone he trusts 100%.
+ Random fact #2: HE LOVES YOUUU. (But in all seriousness, he actually does somewhat.)
