So here's the evil half-elf/half dragon/half-human (magic allows it) sorceress princess Sralia : D (I wanted to dump the fishnets but she refused so...that skirt was awkward to color -.-)

Yes Sralia is an evil sorceress and a princess. When her mother dies or retires she is an evil queen. She likes to torch villages (in her dragon form mostly) and people do try to assassinate her. Most people don't like her, but do to an old spell the land chooses which leader it wants and it wants Sralia.
