Yes, that is NOT Tessaiga InuYasha's holding, it's a dagger. I'm working on proportions still, and I think I've done much better since I've started to draw body bases. My men have been a lot less 'straight' in the chest and have more a curve, and my women seem to have a figure. I do recommend drawing stick figures just to get your joints right, then draw the male or female base, then add details. I thought I couldn't do it, guess not.

My scanner is still broken so now I take a picture with my phone, email it to myself and fix the photo. Well, I guess its easier then going to scan, but I hope the quality isn't too bad.
