When he had an accident at a Rocket lab, Max Redolton, a fantastic scientist, Used his newfound Vortex powers (Obtained by being pushed into the energy source machine and laser beam) To help out the people in need as well as people who's vehicles have broken down, he also uses his weapons to help the police, and the FBI.
Though his appearance is dark and shadowy his personality is very nice and he's a one of a kind Gentleman.
