Crayola Colored pencil (and a little graphite) on a Sharpie base.

I had no real idea how it would look until I finished. I've experimented with colored pencil over sharpie before, but never to this extent.

I was sort of copying the design of a caduceus a little. I feel like something in it is a little weak though (with the purple draggie) heck if I can really fix it now though ><
