Aha! And this is the first glimpse of my new manga I'm working on. It is going to be called Allegretto. It's musically based and I'm working on the character concepts. I think his name was originally Derek... I think Darian sounds better. More romantic! Hmmm, am I right~? *shot*

I drew him in in January and since I've drawn him, I've come to like a guy. I practically died laughing. He looks really similar.... well, my guy doesn't wear headphones and I don't think he has too baggy jeans. (Can't believe I've forgotten!) But... Darian plays the electric guitar... he plays the guitar. Darian constantly wears a rock-themed hoodie... he wears rock-themed hoodies.... I came to like the guy a month and a half after I drew this...Maybe I can predict who I will like next! Just kidding.

Anyways... About the art. I sketched in pencil, of course, just willy nilly, not really having a plan, like I usually do. Then, I inked with a nib pen and an ink well. I sadly don't own authentic manga pens, but Speedball drawing pens are good enough for me.
