This is Arabella Temperance, if it's not already obvious she is a witch. The two cats are Saga(black) and Shiri(white)

These guys came about from a dream I had, they were stuck in my head so I had to draw them. Arabella is a prodigy who has mastered several crafts such as flying, animal communication, possession and weather control. She can shapeshift and teleport but has not mastered the two yet.

She rides on a cane instead of a broom because she finds brooms to dirty to sit on and fly, the cane is also a family heirloom. She is very gifted and she knows it which leads to her being arrogant and cocky.

Saga her black cat has also been with her family for generation, making some to believe she is immortal. Shiri has been with Arabella since childhood, he's not as smart as Saga but he is stronger and has potential to be just as great.

I haven't thought of a story yet only their personalities and powers.
