This is one of my latest OCs... he's immortal actually... he used to be a serial killer LONG ago but now he wants to redeem himself. It's really hard to believe he once was a cold-blooded, heartless killer because of his happy-go-lucky act now... to him, smiling hides his true identity... he may be all giggly and carefree but inside, he is suffering like HELL XD... i haven't picked a name for him yet though...
