He looked at you with stern eyes. His face was expressionless.

"So what is it? You wanted to talk, so speak up."

That dialogue came in my head as I finished this art of mine.

It was originally just my practice art with the pen tool. I drew it all using photoshop and mouse, except for those barrels at the side which I stole from Google's search and "fixed" a bit because I was feeling lazy with the background.

I was not planning to make a background, but it seemed stale without one.

I had a bit of a hard time with thinking of a clothes design.

I'll need more practice with the pen tool, but so far, so good. I'd had better results here than with my recent freehand drawings which were far too rough.

I decided to practice with something more familiar to me. I started with the face, and gradually expanded down to the chest. I don't think I can draw whole bodies yet, but I think the grid of photoshop can help me in ensuring proportions.
