I seem to be turning in a lot of "works in progress" lately. Damn laziness. :P
The reason the colors look a tad funky is because this picture was originally 14" x 11", way too big for my scanner. So I took a photo of it.

This is a portrait of Rita Rossette, one of the main characters in my story, "Albatross". She, in a nutshell, is an "Enchantress", or "mage" of sorts. She uses talismans to draw out and channel elemental energy into spells.

I used Colored pencils for the hair, (I used nearly 8 colors in layers) and markers for the rest of the portrait (so far). I plan on adding a background, but I've been procrastinating lately. :P

Materials used: 0.5 mechanical pencil, Prismacolor colored pencils, Prismacolor and COPIC markers.
