Weaknesses: She can't use her powers to fly well and she can't stop any fire, so she's practically useless then.

Looks: She looks like a normal human. Many consider her a freak because everything bad happens around her.
History: Abandoned at birth by her parents when she was born, a woman who had lost her child takes her in. She becomes troubled by the child and sends her to the adoption center. She keeps getting adopted and sent back.
