Although I never saw the 1985 Japanese animated direct-to-video magical girl film "Leda: The Fantastic Adventure of Yohko" (Japanese title: "Genmu Senki Leda"), I felt that theOtaku.com needed more fan art based on Anime from the 1960s through 1980s, because after all, there's more to Anime than just what's being released recently. For those of you who grew up in North America during the 1990s, some of you remember may remember that this film came out on Region 1 VHS during that time (Right Stuf did the Region 1 VHS release of this), but unfortunately, it hasn't yet been given the Region 1 DVD release.
The character in this black-and-white drawing is the movie's protagonist, Yohko Asagiri, who might be the inspiration for Yoko Littner from "Gurren Lagann" (2007) in terms of appearance.
