Here is my entry for the NYAF Mascot Contest. I wanted to try and incorporate a lot of New York (Big Apple, yellow taxis, American flag) as well as the staples of anime (mecha, cat girls, magical girls). NYAF is a convention that encompasses all of these things, so I felt like the Mascot and design should encompass this, too!
