eh...My entry for VillageIdot's straightjacket challenge.

Shenlong isn't my favorite character from dbz, I just thought it would be funny to put him in a straitjacket. and if he's eternal, than so is his jacket. XD

done with pitt pens and decided to play it safe and put the shading in pencil.
