SOOO YEAAH
This is the first time I've tried painting a face... FACE
As a drawing it was pretty good but once there was color... oh boy, oh boy.
There's a number of things wrong with it in terms of the face and shadows, but I'm learning.
This was done as a final project for art. Even though I'm a bit peeved at some parts of the painting, I am still pleased with the overall painting. My idea came out the way I wanted (maybe 80% the way I wanted, but mehh).

I plan on working more with acrylics for realistic portraits and hopefully I won't be too afraid to go dark when darkness is needed >.<
