Servant to Raiden. His sanity is pretty loose, and why he has that covering on his eyes or what it's for is just sort of a mystery. Though if he were to comment on it, it is "Looking into someone's eyes lets you see into their soul... When you see this blankness hulking over you in your last moments, your soul just screams in fear of a demon." He can apparently see right through it as if it weren't there, though no one can see into it. It's made of metal and there aren't screens inside it, which suggests it's just a personal taste addition to Blitzkrieg. His fighting style with his claws, Blitzkrieg, is much akin to his personality. Very erratic and cruel. He can launch lightning for longer distances but mostly he tears at enemies with his claws and burns them with the high current in them.
