This is my version of a character made by KateTheInsurgent, or a dream they had, I guess... The character's name is Issah, and he is mute O_O

I only had a short description to go by, but anyways, I couldn't decide whether I should make him have short hair or longer hair, so I'm going to upload two different versions. Here's the short hair one.
