this is what I think Gaara would look like as a chunin. i didnt do anything original with his outfits or the way he carries himself. i simply combined aspects of his Kazekage outfit with aspects of the outfit he wore fighting kimimaro, creating the idea that sometime between the two parts, perhaps sometime after being made chunin, he may have fianlly retired the sash and harness in favor of the(much cooler looking) vest he wore when he fought Deidara, but has not gotten rid of the jumpsuit yet.
