He can control people's dreams, cause nightmares and he knows a few techniques to make people fall asleep. He's lazy, judgmental, and cowardly.

His dream is to command his own crew and to find the world's best spot to take a nap!

He was a little more challenging than Kano, I'm not exactly sure why. I put a few creases in his forehead in an attempt to make him older, I stuck with the 30 something approach.
