My media for this pic is entirely pen except for his blue eyes and the black on the swords and paintbrush. So this might just be the cover of a story I might write after I finish the one I'm working on right now, a kind of sequel. Anyway, if I don't end up using it it's still a nice picture of one of the characters Crad. Let's just say he grows up to be a killer and a murderer and finds conflict in himself with the killer and the artist inside of him. Eventually it ends up hurting him. I'd like to expand more on the subject but there are people who are reading the story I'm writing right now and I don't want to spoil it for them.
So I'm submitting this to a contest that I will probably fail in like usual. There are some questions I have to answer though:
When did you begin drawing?
I've began seriously trying to draw around a year ago.
Did you create your own style or is it an inspiration/mixture of many different famous styles?
I first really took onto Oda's, the mangaka for OP, style but for the past months I've really been pursuing my own style. I just saw a picture a guy painted of Jesus and it really influenced this picture.
How long have you been sticking to your style?
Just for a few months, that's about the time I developed it.
Are you satisfied enough to keep your style going far into the future or do you still think there is room for improvement?
There is NO way my style is perfect, I've got tons of room for improvement and I plan on practicing for awhile.
