This is my oc, Notabell.
Let me explain her name. Her given name is Isabelle, but she claims, "I am not a bell!" So Hawk, another oc of mine said, "I'm gonna call you Notabell!" (P.S. Hawk was slightly drunk at the time.)

Notabell is a total fangirl. She makes her own version of different characters from different anime/manga. She even got Hawk hooked!!
