Anyways, the girl in this picture is a...Hetalia OC, I guess. I don't draw her a whole lot, and I don't really like using OCs anyways, so...ahhh. I can't put my words into sentences right. My friend Yukina-sama made the original design for her (( she's representing Malta! )), but I've changed her a little bit.
