So, a while ago I did my work "Comatose" with the lyrics from the Skillet song Comatose... So this is basically an older version of the girl in that picture, and she has bandages and such and instead of actual tears, its ink tears. The Latin words at the bottom are Catholic psalms, I think. If I'm wrong, then correct me, hahaha.
