My stuff is definitely getting weirder...This piece was supposed to be a sprawling, panoramic view of a sunny, busy beach...and somehow it got reduced to a silent, Tarot-like sketch of a girl asleep at the beach.

My original sketches had tons of sand towers, standing as miniature ruins, but I decided to add the relaxed, sleeping buried girl after I saw a picture a couple of weeks ago. Having never experienced this myself, I could not decide on a facial expression so I decided that my tried-and-tested closed-eyed face was the best solution (I`m so lazy!).
