Character of Sandy from Journey to the West, but I took him and made my own version of him. Counts as an OC, right?! hope so. Anyway, this is for the half breed contest. I wanted to put the animal in the picture in a different way than just slapping in on in the background. So I came up with the idea of it being a costume, or disguise of sorts. The idea is when he puts it on he can transform into complete dragon form. When he takes it off, he's in his human form, which is not so much human, but hey, that's the point of the challenge :).
I was going to make him more Chinese, but my sister said that in the book he's portrayed more as a westerner with a big beard. I went with that.
