First time ever drawing these characters; while working on this, it occurred to me how much Maria looks like my little sister when she was young. (Barring the whole psycho thing.) I used marker on a lot of this, but the shade I picked for Maria's hair was a little dark so I tried to lighten it with some yellow colored pencil; close enough. Love Sakutaro; I want a Sakutaro!
