Suprise! I submitted something! *shock*

Hehehe. Yeah I haven't submitted much of anything. But not much of things have been able to make it the coloring stage lately.
I saw a lot of playful balloon pictures recently. And that is what jump started the concept for this picture.

I colored this with photoshop. But I haven't found a good way to color black hair on black wings. But I'll get there.
