This is partiaclly a character design for Suiren for my manga Ballad of Fire and Water.

This is her favorite kimono to wear for special events, especially if it requires an audience with the citizens.

This is before she attains her water abilities. All children are born with white hair and black eyes. When they learn their abilities is when it changes color. So, there is a chance that two water parents can have a wind child, or one fire and one earth having a water child, etc.
