My friends and I have just begun playing World of Darkness and what better way to start off than being bitten, knocked unconscious and buried in the ground?
Alexander Matthias was a graduate of Yale Universities Computer Science Bachelors Program--he later went on to finish a Master's at Northeastern University. Shortly thereafter, his landlord's inexcusable ignorance of an Ant Infestation led to the burning-down of their apartment building. It was on this night that Alex was dragged into the world of Vampires and must quickly learn who his true enemies and allies are before he is torn apart by the ground war that rages through the streets of Boston.

He was unknowingly embraced into the Tremere clan of Vampire and so has incredibly Thaumaturgical ability with a penchant for understanding and controlling blood--all blood within 50 feet of his body is at his beck and call whether or not someone else is using it at the time.
