Well.
I can't remember what lead to this thought about birds' heaven. Anyway, what I tried to express was a child's imagination and how the world seems different for a child.
This boy carries a dead bird in this hands. While the adults see nothing more than a dead animal- that may even carry a desease- the little boy sees a whole different universe with birds flying like angels to their paradise. :)
