His name should be a lyric from a song. (or mabye, its just 'Lyric')
Character item is his dagger. Which he can use to put a dream into you.

Personality-
He wants to die.
He always has.
He just cant find anyone strong enough or willing to kill him.
They all die too fast...
(he's also a sociopath)
