I actually have those shoes. They rock. Theres a zipper on the back for easy slip-on and you almost never need to tie them!!
If you don't know what super-stylized chibis are, take Lucky Star for example. The characters are drawn in super-stylized chibi form. Its the latest kind of chibi, I learned how from a book. My sister says I'm a natural at it.
