Eagle + Lion = Gryphon! :D (oh yes I did spell it that way)

Why is it that I always end up submitting these things when I should be in bed. ;-;

Spent the whole last weekend on this; I really wanted to post this Saturday or Sunday but homework came first. I almost wanted to keep the background (the actual eagle/lion with the flags in the center) as it was, but I decided to go ahead with the original plan. I think it looks great!

Anyways, in case you didn't know, these are two of my favorite characters in this cool series Hetalia: America (left) and England (right), sporting their awesome symbolic animals and flags. ;D I really love how America's face turned out, especially with the new brush style and eye style I attempted. <3
