He's one of my new-ish OCs...he's not really a villain....I just call him a villain 'cause he doesn't care if he kills somebody or has to step on people to get to where he wants to be. He's just harsh and mean...but besides that...he could probably be the hero...but he's not.

He's kinda like a maniac version of Near (not that I meant for that to happen). Nah, he doesn't have a split personality or anything. I just wanted to draw him if he wasn't smiling....like in public. He's secretive, I guess...on the outside he's like a poker face...but on the inside he's kinda crazy...he's usually smiling when he's alone...O.o;

He's not a ghost in case anybody's wondering...he's...just really white...O.o;
