Her name isn't Mei. I'm a bit embarrassed to say I don't know her name Mei is the name of the girl who requested this, and the order it was written in my notebook made me always think the character was named Mei instead! She's from a manga called "Suki, Suki, Suki Desu ~" or something like that (actually I think the title might be longer...) I pretty much never read or draw shoujo manga so if you know who she is or anything about the manga feel free to correct me!
