Originally just supposed to be a "sensible, but hot" superhero/magical girl outfit.
Ensemble-Sports bra, fingerless gloves, fanny pack, mini skirt, bike shorts, and I'm pretty sure sneakers XD

The collar has her insignia (an F) and the cape is purple on the other side

I don't know what (if anything) she has in the way of powers other then really good hearing :/
