I did this on PSE(don't ask IDR what it's really called) program and it took me HOURS to do... I did the design and color, I got the base from some where... IDR where...but I give that person base credit.

This is (sorta) my PKMN OC Ashley Noel Oak and (messed up colored) shiny Mew... The reasopn why i said "sorta" was because her eye's are a blue-ish green color and her hair is black (and I'm still not good at hair shine on dark solored hair yet >w<). I got as close as I can with the shiny Mew color as I can.... Not bad for my frist time using the program there will be more to come.... sooner or later... Maybe my ToV OC.... IDKY
