So this picture is Hong Kong (aka Li Xiao) from Hetalia.
He's holding Hearts like what Haxelo-sama does for the HFI
Hers are so cute~ Mine isn't as awesome xD

I drew two of these the other one is colored traditionaly.
:D I really don't have much to say other than I like to dedicate this to ace of Hartsu because I feel bad for ditching her in chat ; u ;
I hope this makes it better~

I'll dedicate the traditional one to Haxelo-sama because I got the idea of doing the hearts thing from her.
