Well the title is based off of my favorite singer, Kerli, even though she has absolutely nothing to do with it. ><
I mainly named it for the Moon Children for the simple reason of her wandy-thingymajig. <3

I started this a month or so back (I can't remember for the love of Gaary) and just now (kinda) shaded it. Usually I wold scrap a drawing after a few months but I really do like this one. :3 I think she's beautiful and graceful (oh, creators obsessions). I have to say that this is one that I am proud of and I hope theOtaku community enjoys her as much as I enjoyed making her. :D

It took so much time to salvage it after the scanner messed up the darkness and contrast. Paint.NET almost failed me. D: A bit of playing around went into making sure this didn't look like the night sky and now she's a tad too light for my preference. -_-
