a New OC of mine, Tokio Hinamori from a comic that I might do. This is her when she's 15, in the very beginning of the story. She doesnt actually have the marks on her face, I just wanted to do something with them and I havent drawn Tokio at all other than the character sketches.

I really need more work with shading hair >.<
