The massive blizzard that hit the Chicago area this past Tuesday caused my university to do something almost unheard of - close. For two days.

Me and my friend (on the right) went out exploring on Wednesday, first with some friends but then by ourselves. Armed with nothing but a shovel, we poked around at things that we probably shouldn't have and climbed snow mounds probably best left untouched.

But it was awesome.
