Sengoku Basara- Ryuu no Migime 
Katakura Kojūrō from Sengoku Basara.
Date Masamunes fiercely loyal retainer.
Title comes from the game/anime where Katakura (and he himself too) is often referred as Ryū no Migime (竜の右目, Dragon's Right eye).
I gave him a little dragon because he looked so lonely without his beloved master.
Both Katakura and Date use lightning based attacks so the spunky little dragon sports some sparks too.
Probably the most underrated character in Sengoku Basara so I put some extra effort on him, tho I suck with watercolors ;D They are really hard to get to do what I want.
