I wanted to pose him innocently, while still seeming provocative. In my head, Dimi's been curious about sex since he was (very) young. In this piece he looks to be maybe 7-9 years old, so about the time he's introduced to the other main characters.
My favorite parts were the pose and the magazines XD They're just so iconic of him in my mind, I was having too much fun with this. It appears lately that I've been becoming weary of my art and am more hesitant to ink anything in...he's supposed to be sitting on a diving board if you can't tell....I was considering a bench, but I wanted to associate him to water since that's his Element.
