Man, I really need to work on these kinds of things sooner, lol!
I recently re-ordered the complete collection of this series, so Ruri came to my mind while I was brain-storming about who to draw.
I made the sketch this past Sunday at around 4:30 am. Then I colored some yesterday, and then REALLY started working on it today! I'm glad I finished this before today was over!
I hope you all have a nice Valentine's Day, with family, friends, and/or your significant other! I'm going to a restaurant with my mom and sister!

[EDIT]: I was in a rush yesterday to finish this and post it for Valentines Day, but this morning, I made finishing touches with the shading, added a 'dark-blue shade' layer and got rid of some out-of-place shading (ex. the skirt looked liked shiny platic before I fixed it, lol)
I'm glad I did what my teacher used to always tell me:
