Hello everybody! I'm really not in the mood for writing something...
Well, I guess I'll just explain this a bit.
This is Furude Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. She is standing over the balcony overlooking the town, possible showing Akasaka. The dolls are there for no particular reason, I just felt I had to fill up the space. Do not ask why the floor is yellow, because I regret that. The dolls are Satako and Rika.
